Analysis: Gordon went a second straight game without a goal or assist, with his most relevant contributions coming from a couple of dribbling runs. The recent Barcelona signing started each of the first two group-stage games as a left winger, and he subbed off near the 70th minute in both outings. He's a talented attacking option for his national team, but he could be part of a rotation with Marcus Rashford in future contests.

With England having so much attacking depth, he will need to be wary of losing his spot in the starting XI, especially after Marcus Rashford scored after coming on as a substitute, earning a superb 18-minute shift.
